I am in the art-teacher education program at CSULB. I want to start an art program at some elementary schools in my city. I used to volunteer for ';Art To Grow On';... docents and moms would go to the class rooms and teach a project to the students, but it was only 4x a year. The woman who ran the program was a complete FLAKE. I want to start a program like this, how do i start? what do i need? where do I begin?
I already know that funds are limited.
