I want to start a catering business in Bangalore. With no prior experience and being a good cook how to start?

I am a good cook. But I don't have much funds. But I really want to get into food business in terms of catering/ home delivery/ lunch room facilities. I have been planning it for long but don't know where to start from. Hope somebody may help.
