i want to start buisness bu there is no facility of credit cards,visas,accounts so how may i suppose to start?

hello sir..i want to ask that i live in a small village of pakistan,and i want to start a small buisnes(sorry my english is so weak)but there is no facility of credit cards,visas,or account for me.so how may i suppose to start small buisness with my site.whitch is viewed so much and has traffic.can i send money by post i mean address,if you may show me the way.
